The Founder’s PM Routine

Monday: Retinol night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser - double cleanse if needed.
   
2. Hydrating Rose Essence, allow the essence to absorb and skin to dry.
   
3. Apply 0.3% Retinol Serum - allow 10 -30 mins to absorb
   
4. Mist then apply Moisturizing Face Cream to damp skin.
   

Tuesday: Radiance night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser
   
2. Hydrating Rose Essence
   
3. Radiance Boost Serum - apply to damp skin
   
4. Mist then apply Moisturizing Face Cream to damp skin.
   
5. Mist then apply Luminous Facial Oil as the final step.
   

Wednesday: Retinol night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser
   
2. Hydrating Rose Essence, allow the essence to absorb and skin to dry
   
3. 0.3% Retinol Serum
   
4. Mist then Moisturizing Face Cream
   

Thursday: Rest and recovery night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser
   
2. Hydrating Rose Essence
   
3. Moisturizing Face Cream
   
4. Mist then massage Luminous Facial Oil as the final step
   

No retinol, AHA or Radiance Boost Serum this evening.

Friday: AHA night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser
   
2. Pat skin completely dry
   
3. Apply the 7.6% AHA Leave-On Exfoliant to the face, neck and chest. Avoid the eye area, lips, broken skin and actively irritated areas
   
4. Allow the AHA to absorb 3 mins.
   
5. Follow with Moisturizing Face Cream
   

Do not apply Hydrating Rose Essence, Radiance Boost Serum or retinol on your AHA evening. Apply SPF in the AM.

Saturday: Radiance night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser
   
2. Hydrating Rose Essence
   
3. Mist then apply Radiance Boost Serum on damp skin. Allow 3 mins to absorb.
   
4. Mist then apply Moisturizing Face Cream.
   
5. Mist then massage Luminous Facial Oil as the final step
   

Sunday: Retinol night

1. Gentle Gel Cleanser
   
2. Hydrating Rose Essence
   
3. Allow the essence to absorb and skin to dry
   
4. 0.3% Retinol Serum - allow 10-30 mins to absorb

Important guidance

Use the 7.6% AHA Leave-On Exfoliant and retinol on separate evenings. Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher every morning, particularly when using AHA and retinol.

This schedule is for someone whose skin already tolerates retinol three times per week. Anyone new to retinol or AHA should introduce one treatment at a time and begin less frequently.

Gentle Gel Cleanser

Hydrating Rose Essence

Radiance Boost Serum

7.6% AHA Leave-On Exfoliant

Moisturizing Face Cream
